Medi Response services an array of emergency medical calls across our areas of operation ensuring our patients attain the necessary medical treatment required, as well as coordinate and provide inter-hospital and planned patient transfers anywhere around the country. This service is facilitated by our highly trained medical staff with the aid of our specialised operational control centre.

As a 24-hour accredited Advanced Life Support Private Emergency Medical Service, we are registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders, the Health Professions Council of South Africa, and the South African Private Ambulance & Emergency Services Association. All our medical staff are individually registered and accredited in order to maintain our high standard of medical compliance. Our medical practitioners also keep up to date with the latest clinical guidelines and training in emergency care, including Paediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, accredited by the American Heart Association, providing them with the latest CPR and AED protocols. As part of our Emergency Medical Service solution, our Assist Me service enables our clients with direct access to our Operational Control Centre who are able to resolve any situation when an emergency alert is activated, remotely, anywhere in South Africa.

We are extremely impressed by Medi Response! A team of 4 paramedics arrived after a woman was knocked over by a car. The paramedics treated both the patient and the driver with RESPECT and kindness. One paramedic (do not remember her name) was particularly professional and asked her colleagues to inform the patient about RAF. This paramedic also ensured that the scene was calm and that the patient was treated with dignity.

Today I stopped to assist a patient who had collapsed, she was not on a medical aid and needed urgent medical attention, the team from Medi Response were so caring and professional and assisted the patient for all the right reasons.
