Why The Change?

In our ongoing effort to improve service delivery and maintain the highest standards, Medi Response will no longer be contracted with medical aids directly. This change allows us to focus more intently on you, our valued client, ensuring that we can continue to offer the top-quality emergency medical services you’ve come to expect.

What Does This Mean For You?

  1. Direct Billing for Enhanced Service: Moving forward, you will receive a direct bill from Medi Response for ambulance services. You can then submit this bill to your medical aid for reimbursement. This shift ensures that we remain directly accountable to you, providing a more personalized service experience.

  2. Immediate Emergency Response: Rest assured, in any emergency, our priority remains your care. If you require immediate assistance, our team will act promptly, regardless of payment status, and ensure you receive the necessary medical attention.

  3. Convenient Payment Options: To facilitate a smooth transition, we offer multiple payment methods including Point of Sale (POS), Netcash Link, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), and flexible payment plans (subject to approval). Our goal is to make the billing process as convenient as possible for you.

  4. Support with Claims: We understand that navigating medical aid claims can be complex. Our dedicated billing team is here to assist you with all the necessary documentation to help streamline your claim submission process.
