How do I activate my Safety Watch?
The user can press the SOS button manually, or the device will automatically trigger an alert if it detects a fall through impact sensors.
Do I need a smartphone to use my Safety Watch?
A smartphone is not required to operate the panic button. SMS notifications are sent to the user and listed emergency contacts if the device battery is low. In the event of an alert, designated emergency contacts or next of kin will also receive an SMS notification.
Can I give this to my child to keep?
Yes, our Safety Watch offers support for the whole family.
Is the Medi Response Safety Watch waterproof?
No, the device is water-resistant.
Can I make calls from my Safety Watch?
You cannot make calls from the device; only our control room has access to call the device.
